Roasted Radishes

a bunch of small colorful radishes that are pink, purple and white
  • 2 lb radishes, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss radishes with olive oil and spices. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure each radish touches the pan.
  3. Roast for about 30 - 35 minutes (I did 35) until golden and crispy.
  4. Season with extra salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
