
Ingredients:
1 bunch of radishes, finely chopped
1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of black pepper
2 pinches of salt
In a small bowl, combine radishes, parsley, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Toss to combine. Add the olive oil and toss again.
